As a father of three (two boys & a girl), we have come to appreciate how hard it is to get a family to eat right. The difficulty many mom's go through on a daily basis trying to make sure their child's lunch is "good" for them without going through a battle royal over what they want vs. what they should have in their lunch is a daily thing. In our house, we have gone from lunches that were the easiest (not so healthy) to an education process (get a free DVD from America's leading pediatrician)to attempting to make healthy choices everyday as we prepare breakfasts, lunches, & dinners. This just didn't happen though.....
